Production Process
- Virgin pulp (sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, wood, straw) is smashed and mixed in hydrapulper
- Fiber covers wire mesh of mold via vacuum and air compressor
- Wet products form in middle station, then dried and hot-pressed in side stations
- Final products undergo edge cutting and disinfection processes
