  • Virgin pulp (sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, wood, straw) is smashed and mixed in hydrapulper
  • Fiber covers wire mesh of mold via vacuum and air compressor
  • Wet products form in middle station, then dried and hot-pressed in side stations
  • Final products undergo edge cutting and disinfection processes
