This fully automatic production line transforms virgin pulp materials into biodegradable paper tableware through advanced vacuum suction and thermoforming technology. The system processes sugarcane bagasse, bamboo, wood, and straw pulp into high-quality disposable products.

Production Process

Virgin pulp is smashed and mixed in hydrapulper with consistency adjustment
Fiber covers wire mesh molds via vacuum suction and air compression
Wet products undergo forming, drying, hot pressing, and edge trimming
Finished products receive final disinfection processing
