Production Process
Pulping System
Converts clean virgin paper into pulp of specific consistency using hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water systems, and agitators.
Forming System
Pulp flows to forming machine where vacuum and compressed air create products on molds.
Drying System
Transfer molds automatically move to hot press molds, completing forming, drying, and hot-press shaping in one integrated process.
