Production Process
- Pulping System: Raw materials are ground with water in a hydrapulper and adjusted to specific density
- Forming System: Pulp transfers to rotary machine where products form in molds via vacuum suction
- Drying System: Products transfer to 6-layer metal dryer (22×1.6×4m)
- Hot Press System: Required for egg cartons (optional for egg trays)
- Stacking & Packing: Automated counting, separation, and stacking of finished products

The drying system supports multiple fuel sources: Natural gas (70-80 m³/h), LPG (25-29 m³/h), or Diesel (62-70 kg/h)
