Working Process
- Raw materials (waste paper, cartons, newspapers) are conveyed into the system
- Materials are mixed with water in the hydrapulper
- Paper pulp flows into adjustment pond for consistency control
- Pulp moves to supply pond for stable consistency maintenance
- Pulp is pumped into forming machine where fiber covers wiremesh molds via vacuum
- Wet products are automatically transferred to drying line for complete drying
- Finished products proceed to stacker for final packaging
