Ruby nozzles, also known as wire guide tubes, wire guide eyelets, or wire guide needles, are precision-engineered components for coil winding and cable machines. Constructed from stainless steel with integrated ruby tips, these nozzles feature exceptional hardness (above level 9) second only to diamond. The single-crystal ruby construction provides high brightness and cleanliness while effectively protecting paint film during long-term continuous operation.
