Product Overview
Tungsten carbide nozzle is used on coil winding machines. It is precisely manufactured from super hard alloy with hardness exceeding HRA90° and anti-bending strength over 2300N/mm. Both terminals and the inner/outlet surfaces receive mirror surface treatment to prevent enameled wire scraping. Features include high hardness, flexure resistance, block resistance, and impact resistance.
