Operating Principle
The wire stripper operates at 5000 RPM when connected to compatible machinery. Three hardened diamond blades form a funnel configuration that gradually closes from largest to smallest diameter. As rotational speed increases, the magnet wire feeds between the blades to the required depth, and the stripper is slowly drawn away from the wire to complete the process.
