Precision tungsten carbide wire guide nozzles designed for coil winding machines to accurately guide wire onto bobbins, pins, and other components during the manufacturing of coils, motors, transformers, relays, inductors, and sensors for automotive, telecommunications, electrical, and electronic applications.
Product Features
Manufactured from hard alloy with hardness up to HRA90. Both terminals and inner hole receive mirror surface treatment to prevent enameled wire scraping.
