Description:

Polyester fiber acoustic panel is an ideal decorative and acoustic material, made of 100% polyester (60% PET-recycled fiber and 40% PET-virgin fiber), formed in a cotton cocoon shape by high technology hot pressing, diverse density to keep the ventilation and are 100% recyclable.

Fireproof property:
Polyester fiber acoustic panel tested by National Fire Decetions Testing Center, the panel complies with the B1 grade requirements of GB8624-20012 standard. So our acoustic panel can be used in the public places which have the high requirements on the fire protection, such as Theaters, Dance halls, Auditorium, Multi-purpose hall, Gymnasium, Recording studios, Monitoring rooms, Conference rooms, Exhibition halls, KTV rooms, and so on.

Installation:

Before installation ,pls select the color first because there is a little color difference with different production lots.
Use steel ruler or alloy steel ruler to cut the board so that the cutting line will be straight.Slop the blade inside by 0.5-1mm when cutting so that it can joint the board easily and reduce the gap between pieces.Do not use the wood or soft material as the ruler to cut the board.

We mainly use glue such as spray glue, hot melt adhesive, white glue, glass glue, etc. (according to different surface) to stick acoustic panels onto the wall. For flat cement wall, you may install the boards directly with white glue and gun nail, which is glue-saving and time-saving. Pasting sing-side glue on the based surface is strongly suggested as well as layering process.
