Our acoustic partition wall is a movable soundproof operable walls partition system which forms a removable wall. The acoustic partitions are often used to temporarily divide a big room into several small rooms. Unlike other room partition materials, our room partition wall has excellent soundproofing performance and they are hanging on an overhead track system.

The acoustic partition wall panels are customized to meet specific requirements. Each acoustic partition board thickness is 100mm and max width is 1200mm. Each operable wall panel is welded with a welded aluminum frame and 9mm MDF is mounted on both sides of the outer surface. The internal structure is made of steel mechanism, which combines excellent performance at the top and bottom of the telescopic sound seal. Internal space is filled with less than 64 kg/m3 glass wool.

Specific aluminum alloy rails to meet the necessary stacking requirements. The intersection design should prevent the track wheel from falling into the track groove. Heavy-duty multi-way roller enables easy movement of the sliding partitions for rooms through the ceiling track.

Sound Seal System – Built-in excellent retractable top and bottom seals are anodized by extruded aluminum channels, rubber sealed, and operated by a handle with a cap lock system with spring-loaded telescopic rods. The vertical seal of each panel is made of thick and tongue-type extruded aluminum laminated with rubber seal.

Top and bottom seals do not collected to the ceiling track and floor during panel’s movement. When the sound seals are combined, the acoustic partition walls panel is placed in a stable position, and the top and bottom seals are compressed on the rails and floors by tight acoustic seals, including adjustable telescopic panels.

Acoustic Rating – Acoustc operable partition walls with high acoustic performance should provide an average sound attenuation of 45Db to 50DB.

Weight – The weight of each room partition walls panel should be an average of 40 kg/m2, depending on the panel size.

Panel surface – By default it’s 9mm MDF board. However, it can be adapted to any decorative design, such as wood veneer, fabric, etc.

Applications and operations – The soundproof and acoustic operable walls partitions consist of a series of single flat wall panels that are manually operated and allow stacking flexibility of the center or remote side.
