The Rw for acoustic insulation (acoustic rating from 32dB to 55dB) is a fundamental aspect of movable sound-insulated walls and partitions. Bunge products are manufactured in accordance with strict construction and testing criteria to give a high level of quality. The panels have a tongue-and-grove profile designed to obtain a perfect visual, geometric and sound-insulation continuity solution. An extendable pressure seal element is located at the top and bottom of each panel that provide sealing and panel stability to the floor and ceiling. Access doors, which are available in different sizes, are inserted in the panels and do not exceed the thickness of the wall system. Doors can be single of double leaf. The locking and releasing of the panels is done in an easy and rapid manner by means of a removable handle that operates a mechanical system. Panels are also easily slid on the overhead guide and this is guaranteed by a reliable mono or bi-track device and also because all systems have no floor guide. Panel storage is also extremely simple and can be designed to be hardly visible and various configurations are possible.
