Movable Partition Walls Components
Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials, hanging the movable walls panels with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the movable walls, let the panels move more flexibly. Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks, “L”, “T”, “＋”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation, wear-resistant.
Rock Wool: Density of 50kg/m3, help us reduce the noise and heat.
Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the movable walls.
MDF board: 9 mm thickness, density of 760kg/m3, absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%. Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.

Movable Partition Walls Details
Movable partition walls are made of high-quality anodized aluminum frame and environmentally friendly composite panels that move on ceiling tracks and do not require floor rails. The standard thickness of the panel is 65mm, 80mm and 100mm and the width is up to 1219mm. The maximum height is up to 17 meters high.
The movable partition walls consists of a series of interlocking panel and a quick set of foldable top and bottom seals. STC 32 to 53 is reached in the laboratory environment. Its excellent performance in sound insulation and the easy operation make it ideal for restaurants, schools, offices, religions, hospitals, shopping malls and many other indoor applications.
A wide range of finish options are available for movable partition walls: melamine faced MDF or particle board, fabric, carpet, leather, veneer, high pressure laminate, deck, acoustic board, white board. The panels can also supplied unfinished for site decoration.
