The production process of partition wallboard

1: Aluminum, double round pipe, double transmission rod and other hardware parts assembled together, forming a basic frame of the door, the frame is the foundation, the most important process of the entire partition wall board

2: Soundproof cotton is filled in the door panel, so that the partition wallboard has a more three-dimensional feeling, the sound of knocking the door panel is smaller, while playing an effective sound insulation effect

3: Each wallboard shall be packaged on the second floor, with bubble film inside, effectively protecting the partition wallboard and outsourcing paper to prevent it from being scraped. From the production to the packaging of more than 100 to the working procedure, each layer shall be checked to make every detail perfect

A beam (truss)should built on site for track installation.The minimum distance leaving for track installation from false ceiling to top ceiling is 180mm.

We will provide the installation manual and video guiding the installation job.We can also dispatch the installation engineer supervising the installation as request.

3:What is lead time ?

The lead time is 7 days to 10days.

4:How to transport?

Sea transport is a common mode of transportation.In an emergency,can be air freight .

Carton paper package ,MDF batten cover all around cotner.

6:What is procurement procedure?

Firstly, seng us the shop drawing (if the shop drawings is not available ,you can tell us the height from false ceiling to finfshed floor and width from wall to wall)

Secondly, we offer you the movable wall layout drawings for your confirmation.

Thirdly, we quote the movable wall in acordance with confirmed drawings.
