The soundproof wall partition is the highest specification range of fully operable, individual-panel movable partitions system. Acoustic insulation noise reduction is achieved with a combination of operable top and bottom seals, high performance multiple in fill's and a panel assembly design that allows an acoustic break between the frame and outer layer.

The soundproof wall partition vertical channels of each panel incorporate polymer inserts that facilitate an acoustic seal when the panels are set out as a wall. Panels are produced in three thickness, 65 mm, 85 mm and 100 mm.

Soundproof partition operation:

When the operable seals are retracted, panels glide effortlessly and quietly along the unique aluminium overhead track system (no need for floor guide).

Telescopic end panels enable the wall to be locked off to complete the acoustic seal. The track and carrier system provides ease of operation and directional flexibility, allowing panel stacking in countless configurations.

Installing:

1. Before the installation of the movable partition, check the track on which the track parts are assembled on the floor in order;

4. Check whether the movable partition is firmly fixed on the rail. When the rail and the bracket must be loosely stored in the storage area, the bracket plate can be moved to other places;

5.The appropriate position of the storage track is measured before the facility of the main track. This is very important for the placement of intersections in order to continue the installation of the following active partitions;
