Construction Details
Panel construction features 12mm MDF boards with full perimeter extruded aluminum frames using interlocking corner construction. Surface finishes include melamine laminate, fabric, PU leather, wallpaper, veneer, or customized materials.
Track System
Tracks are manufactured from extruded 6063-T5 anodized aluminum with grooves and interlocking steel pins for precise alignment. The track housing incorporates an integral nut slot to accept hardened square nuts for secure drop rod bracket attachment.
Sealing System
Features telescopic aluminum tubes with rubber strips for floor/ceiling sealing and double seal tape for side wall sealing.
