Suspension System
Suspension Tracks
Each sound proof partition panel is suspended on one 4-wheel ball-bearing trolley or two multi-directional polymer trolleys. Individual panels are adjustable in height without ceiling or panel opening.
Carriers
Trolley system configured for partition type, size, and weight requirements with ball-bearing wheels for easy operation.
Multidirectional Carriers
Capable of negotiating 90-degree L, T, and X intersections without track switches.
Track Intersections & Accessories
Fabricated from steel or aluminum with manufacturer's standard factory-applied decorative finish. Compatible with all partition assembly configurations.
Installation Guidelines
Install sound proof partitions after completion of all finishing operations including painting. Follow numbered sequence indicated on shop drawings and manufacturer's written installation instructions.
Quality Standards: Broken, cracked, chipped, deformed, or unmatched panels are not acceptable.
Adjustment & Operation
Partitions are adjusted to operate smoothly without warping or binding. All hardware and moving parts are lubricated, with latches and locks engaging accurately and securely without forcing.
