• Ensure shaft/sleeve radial deviation does not exceed 0.04mm
• Maintain axial movement of rotor below 0.1mm
• Verify seal face vertical alignment within 0.04mm tolerance
• Thoroughly clean all components before installation
• Implement appropriate cooling, quenching, or filtration systems for extreme temperature applications
• Apply proper lubrication according to manufacturer specifications
• Fill hermetic compartment with medium and ensure adequate lubrication before operation
