Installation Guidelines
- Select appropriate mechanical seal materials based on operating conditions and equipment requirements
- Maximum radial shaft/sleeve deviation: 0.04mm
- Maximum axial rotor movement: 0.1mm
- Seal face vertical tolerance: 0.04mm maximum
- Thoroughly clean all components before installation to prevent contamination
- Implement appropriate measures (quench, rinsing, cooling, filtration) for extreme temperature or hazardous media
- Apply proper lubrication during installation
- Fill hermetic compartment with medium and ensure proper lubrication before startup
