Formaldehyde-free fixing agent

A kind of cationic polyamine based product,it can improve the washing-fastness and rubbing- fastness of dyes on fabrics.

Specification:

Applications:

After dyeing, the soaped shell fabric is treated with this product under the PH 5.5-6.5 and

temperature of 50-70°C for 15-20minutes. Pay attention to heat up gradually after adding

the fixative before heating up for the use with non-ionic and cationic softener together in

one-bath in later process.

Technical flow:

1. Dip dyeing reference flowchart 

dyeing → washing (→soap washing → water washing )→ fixing color → washing → other technical process

Dosage and requirement:
Usual dosage 0.2-0.7 %(o.w.f).  Accurate dosage depend on dyed material color.
 

2. Pad dyeing reference flowchart
Dyeing → padding fixing agent → stoving → water washing → soaping → 

water washing 
Dosage and requirement.
Usual dosage  4-20g/L, Accurate dosage depend on dyed material color.

Package and storage:

1. The product is packed in 200kg and 1000 kg plastic drum

2. Keep in dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunshine . Shelf life: 1 year.
