Description:

1. The annealer integral type, total thickness is 500mm, and 100mm much thicker than general supplier’s design. The heat preservation effect is good. This type can save 30% of electricity.
2. The annealer, oven and tinning furnace is tube type. Easy to replace and maintenance.
3. The two ends of the furnace tube all ceramic sleeve design, to prevent the wire be scratched.
4. The water tank is re-cycle design and with water tank and pump.
5. The two ends of the hauling drum with revolving joints and can connect the re-cycle water for cooling.
6. The take up is 44 heads single layer design. Another four heads is for prepare.
7. Is fit for human’s height. Can be operated easily.
8. The take up two ends is with clapboard design, to prevent broken wire effect the connecting wires.
9. Below the annealing furnace and upper of the take up has lights design, easy for workers to operate the wire.
