The machine performs complete automated processing including pre-printed fan-shape paper feeding, two-step pre-heating, bowl-side body sealing, silicon oil lubricating for top curling, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, bottom pre-folding, bottom knurling, top curling, and bowl discharging.
Features two gear boxes (150 type and 80 type) for enhanced stability and reduced movement during extended operation
Utilizes φ30 imported steel shafts and 3 cam-controlled folding processes for precision manufacturing
Implements two-step paper feeding process with robot arm paper retrieval and integrated oil lubrication system
Ultrasonic cup side welding with hot air bottom heating and specialized knurling systems for both single and double PE coated papers
