The machine performs complete automated processing including pre-printed fan-shape paper feeding, two-step pre-heating, bowl-side-body sealing with heater, silicon-oil lubricating for top curling, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, bottom pre-folding, bottom knurling, top curling, and bowl discharging.
Features two gear boxes (150 type and 80 type) for enhanced stability and reduced movement during extended operation
Utilizes φ30 imported steel shafts and three cam-controlled folding processes for superior durability
Implements two-step paper feeding process with robot arm paper retrieval and additional oil storage for lubrication
Combines ultrasonic cup side welding with hot air bottom heating for consistent, high-quality results
