Manufacturing Process
The machine performs complete automated processing including paper fan feeding, ultrasonic cup wall sealing, robotic cup transfer, silicone oil lubrication, bottom punching, pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling, top curling, and cup discharging. The system accommodates both single and double PE film coated paper cups.
