Production Process
This automated system processes both single and double PE film coated paper cups through a complete manufacturing sequence: automatic paper fan feeding with dual positioning, ultrasonic cup wall side sealing, robotic cup transfer, food-grade silicone oil lubrication for top curling, bottom punching, pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling (with cooling for 2PE), top curling, cup discharging, and collection.
