JBZ-OC9 Intelligent Model ultrasonic heater paper cup machine speed is 70-80 pcs/min . Cup size range is from 2-9 OZ . It is adopted PLC control system which is easier for operation. The automatic oil lubrication system ensures that all mechanical parts work more smoothly . Sensor failure detecting can improve operation safety and stop automatically if it has any problem. Servo motor makes bottom paper feeding more accurately. It can finish the whole process including paper feeding, side sealing , cup bottom punching & feeding, heating , knurling, cup-top curling ,cup storage. It is the best choice for making paper cups .
