Φ10mm Oxygen Free Copper Rod Upcasting Production Line with 80KW Induction Furnace and Continuous Casting System
This advanced production line transforms 99.9% pure electrolytic copper plates or copper scraps into Φ10mm oxygen-free copper rods using upward continuous casting technology.
Raw materials are loaded into melting furnaces via charging devices. The copper melts through W-type inductors, flows through transition and holding furnaces under protective charcoal cover, then crystallizes into copper rods via the upcast plant's crystallizer. The rods are intermittently drawn through traction rollers and wound automatically.
