Electrolytic copper plates (99.9% purity) are loaded into the melting furnace via charging equipment. The copper melts through W-type inductors, flows to the holding furnace for reduction processing under charcoal cover, then crystallizes into copper rods through the upcasting system. The finished rods are automatically wound via frequency-controlled coiling machines.
