Upcasting Oxygen Free Copper Rod Production Line
This advanced upward continuous casting system produces high-quality oxygen free copper rods with diameters ranging from 17mm to 30mm, achieving an annual production capacity of 2000 metric tons.
Production Process Overview
The system processes 99.9% pure electrolytic copper plates or copper scraps through a comprehensive production line: charging device → furnace system (melting furnace → transition warehouse → holding furnace) → continuous casting machine with crystallization moulding → dragger → speed device → automatic winding machine.
