Induction Furnace
Constructed with steel frame, fire-clay brick lining, and quartz sand insulation. Features adjustable voltage from 90V to 420V with water-cooled copper coils and electromagnetic induction technology for efficient melting.
Continuous Casting Machine
Advanced drawing mechanism with AC servo motor, dual drawing rollers, and precision crystallizer system. Capable of 0-1000 rotations per minute with individual crystallizer control.
Double-Head Take-Up Machine
Cooling Water System
Complete closed-loop cooling system with 150m³ water pool, industrial water pumps, and cooling tower. Maintains 20-30°C water temperature with 50m³/hour flow capacity at 0.2-0.4MPa pressure.
Electric Control System
PLC-controlled automation with servo motor drives, individual motor control systems, and integrated power cabinets for precise operation management.
