Electrolytic copper plate (99.9% copper scraps) is fed into melting furnaces through charging equipment. The copper melts through W-type inductors, flows to the holding furnace, undergoes steady reduction under charcoal cover, and crystallizes into cast copper rod through the upcast plant. The cast copper rod is intermittently drawn through traction rollers, processed through hauling machine and speed adjusting gear, then wound by automatic winding machine.
