The production process begins with electrolytic copper plates (99.9% copper scraps) loaded into melting furnaces via charging equipment. For non-standard raw materials, a reverberatory furnace can be installed to remove impurities. The copper melts in W-type inductors, flows through transition storage to holding furnaces, undergoes surface charcoal treatment for steady reduction, and is rapidly crystallized into cast copper rods through the upward casting process.
