This upcasting continuous casting machine produces high-quality copper, brass, and bronze rods with diameters ranging from 10mm to 30mm. The system processes electrolytic copper plates (99.9% purity) through a complete melting and casting sequence.
Production Process
Raw materials enter the melting furnace via charging equipment, then flow through transition and holding furnaces. The molten copper undergoes surface reduction with charcoal before being crystallized into solid rods through the upcast plant's crystallizer. The finished rods are drawn through traction rollers, speed adjustment gears, and automatically wound onto spools.
