Project Description
This project is a new Freon project for the dismantling of the ammonia system. Because the original refrigeration plant is an ammonia system, and the refrigeration plant is about 50m away from the Hainan round-island high-speed rail elevated line, a fire occurred in 2013 due to improper manual operation, which was dangerous. Later, the owner will demolish all the freezing plants and build a new Freon system, including a brine ice-making system with a daily output of 80 tons, a 6,000-square-meter refrigerator and a flat-plate quick-freezing equipment with a single quick-freezing capacity of 15 tons. The refrigerator and the flat-plate quick-freezing equipment share a parallel screw unit. Full computer automatic control, the energy saving effect is remarkable.
