Cold room basic information:

1. supply: 380V/50Hz, 3 phase or 220V/60hz, 3 phase. or what others.

2. container: new cold room built in a second hand container, 20 ft or 40 ft. We will finished the installation, testing in our factory. when customer get the container, just need to connect the power and water supply.

Inside Container Cold room size:

20 ft : 5 x 2.3 x 2.3 meter

40 ft: 10.8 x 2.3 x 2.7 meter

Containerized Cold Room Features :

2. cold room can be 0~10 degree for fruit, vegetable storage; -18 degree for meat, fish, chicken storage, -35 degree for fish, meat, chicken quick freezing.

3. Mobile cold room, just connect the power supply, cold room is come to use.

4. Can not used for sea freight.

Freezer Cold Room Features

1). Polyurethane insulation board design , the main steel structure to faciliate consturction.

2). Portable hinged and sliding doors, and out of cold storage more convenient , easy to operate.

Freezer Cold Room Details

1. Cold room major component selects the well-known brands, which ensure the machine with reasonable configuration, steady movement, good insulation function, and low power consumption.

2. The electrical control section of the cold room is fully automatically controlled by computer, LCD inner temperature of the cold room, available machine time, defrost time, time of fan delay, alarming indicate and various technology parameter. It is easy and convenient to operate.

3. The ice room is made up of reinforced base plate, sidewall plate, end wall plate and top plate. There is a 100mm-thick insulated layer of polyurethane foam inside the plate.

4. An air cooling system is applied inside to keep the temperature at -8, an ideal temperature to keep ice dry and crispy.
