Ball ice production process suggestion
1. Water reverse osmission equipment
We suggest to use pure water to ensure ice bar block in transparent. Even though mineral water is edible and sanity, but there also may result some very micro mineral substance in the ice to affect the ice transparency. Therefore, using the RO water fliter equipment to get pure water is the good way and also decrease cost for long term business.
2. Pure ice maker machine
To make a 100% transparent and crystal ice bar, not only use pure water, but also need a new high- tech transparent ice maker machine.
Ice bar size: 480*270*60mm (for φ55mm ice ball)
480*270*90mm (for φ80mm ice ball)
Adjust the water volume and setup smart control system by touch screeen to get different thickness ice bar.
3. Ice bar surface smoothing machine
Ice block’s surface maybe a little bit unsmooth, we suggest to smooth the ice block surface to ensure the ice ball quality. (only smooth the upper side which contacted with air).
4. Ball ice cutting machine (necessary)
1. Thanks to the advanced technology for the ice cutting knife. The finished ball ice is in 100% round shape with smooth appearance.
2. High efficency. One hour could finish 150 units. One day could finish 2880 units.
3. Ice cutting knife is used with food grade material SUS304.
