- Graphic Overlay: PET/PC material with superior chemical resistance and flex life. Digital and screen printing options available for custom colors and finishes.
- Overlay Adhesive: Acrylic adhesive layer bonding overlay to top circuit with variable thickness options.
- Top Circuit Layer: 0.1mm heat-stabilized PET with silver-filled conductive inks and dielectric inks for metal dome fastening.
- Circuit Spacer: Polyester spacer with dual-side adhesive to separate top and bottom circuits.
- Lower Circuit Layer: 0.1mm-0.25mm heat-stabilized polyester with silver-filled conductive inks, terminating in flexible tail interconnect.
- Rear Adhesive Layer: Bonds entire membrane switch package to product enclosure with appropriate adhesive type and thickness.
