Model C5092 cable bending cycle test machine is designed for evaluating the durability and bending resistance of various cables including multi-wire cables, communication cables, and earphone cables through controlled left-right swing testing.

Testing Method & Purpose

The testing procedure involves short-circuit connecting one end of the cable and fixing it on the rotation plate. Weights are applied to the cable while performing left and right rotation cycles to verify electrical conductivity after repeated testing and assess cable quality.
