1. Ensure the cutting machine is in good condition and free of vibrations
2. Use flanges of identical diameter, at least 1/3 of the blade's diameter
3. Verify flanges are parallel with proper tolerances using a clock gauge
4. Ensure spacers are perfectly parallel
5. Check spindle is perfectly straight with H7 tolerance
6. Clean blade regularly to remove resin and sawdust buildup
7. Store blade in original packaging when not in use
