Agricultural Vacuum Cooling System Overview
This PLC-controlled evaporative vacuum cooling machine with R404A refrigerant provides rapid pre-cooling for agricultural products placed on pallets. The system efficiently removes heat and moisture through vacuum technology to preserve freshness and extend shelf life.
Working Principle
After harvesting and packaging, products are loaded onto pallets and placed inside the vacuum-tight chamber. The equipment reduces pressure inside the vessel using vacuum pumps. When vacuum reaches the flash point, moisture and heat are removed as water vapor. Lower pressure reduces water's boiling point, enabling continuous cooling until desired temperatures are achieved.
