Working Principle
Vacuum cooling begins when palletized products are loaded into the chamber. The system evacuates air, lowering atmospheric pressure to induce rapid water evaporation from the product surface. This process effectively dissipates heat, with greater surface area-to-weight ratios enabling faster cooling rates.
