 Application :

(1)charcoal machine series includes crusher, dryer, stick making machine and 

carbonization furnace.

(2raw materials can be bamboo,wheat straw, sawdust, branches, wood ,and the final production can be used for heating, barbecue, and industrial using.

This machine has four working process :

1,Crushing——crushing machine 

The raw materials ( including bamboo ,wood sawdust, peanut shell, corn cob.,rice hull. branches straw)crushed into sawdust.

2,Drying——dryer machine

The sawdust dryer uses the hot air drying system to reduce the water content to 8%-12%.

3,Pressed Bar——stick-making machine

The sawdust produces free radicals,bifunctional under the hot and high pressure condition of the briquette machine. The sawdust can be combined each other closely through a covalent bond.once formed, the combination will remain stable in case there is no external damage, more stable after cooling.

4,Carbonization——Coking furnace

The carbonization stove transforms the wood briquette to clean charcoal without smoke.
