1.How Is a PVC Patch Made?

PVC patches are manufactured with polyvinyl chloride are tuff, waterproof and durable. These features make them perfect for outdoor gear where they can be molded into any shape or size while being soft to the touch like rubber. They come in sizes from 5/8" all the way up to 16", as well as varying thicknesses that range from 1mm-4 mm thick depending on what you want your logo to look like; a standard is 2.5mm which covers 2 3/8". The surface of PVC patches are often unique compared to other patch styles because they're sculpted giving them an added 3D feel.
