Test Description: The LT-03 Leak Tester facilitates comprehensive assessment of package seal integrity. The sample is immersed in a water-filled chamber and securely covered. Subsequently, the control unit initiates air extraction until reaching the pre-set vacuum level. In the presence of a minor leak, the pressure difference expels trapped air, visibly manifesting as bubbles emerging from the leak area.
