Automatic Long Polyurethane Foam Making Machine Line
The ZHMACH horizontal continuous foam machine is designed for manufacturing flexible polyurethane foams and soft foams for mattresses and sofas using low-pressure technology. Equipped with Siemens inverters/motors and American Viking pumps, this system produces foams with densities ranging from D8 to D100, with lime powder addition capability for densities above D23.

The machine is packed nude with critical parts in wooden cases and others protected with paper or foam sheets wrapped in plastic film. Standard configuration requires 2×40HQ containers and 1×20GP container for complete shipment.
