Full-automatic continuous polyurethane foam making machine is an advanced horizontal foaming system designed for manufacturing furniture foam products including sofa cushions and mattresses. The standard configuration includes 13 raw material groups for comprehensive production capabilities.

Production Process

The foaming process follows these sequential steps:

Loading all raw materials into material tanks using the loading system
Controlling raw material temperature with integrated chiller system
Pre-foaming flow verification for all raw materials
Small sample testing to ensure proper flow and mixture parameters
Preparation with kraft paper and plastic film placement
Continuous foaming process execution
