The ZHF-2017 Horizontal Continuous Foam Production Line is an automated system designed for manufacturing flexible polyurethane foam used in furniture, footwear materials, packaging, electronics, garments, and transportation industries. This industrial-grade equipment is ideal for large-scale foam production operations.
Premium Components & Performance
Manufactured with Siemens inverters/motors and U.S. Viking pumps, this production line delivers reliable performance for flexible foam manufacturing. Capable of producing foam densities ranging from D8 to D100, with the ability to incorporate up to 50% lime powder for densities above D23.
