ZHMACH horizontal continuous foam machine is designed for manufacturing flexible polyurethane foam for mattresses, sofas, and furniture applications. This low-pressure system produces foam densities ranging from D8 to D100 with high precision mixing and temperature control.

The machine is packed nude with some parts in wooden cases and others with paper or foam sheet with plastic film. Standard configuration requires 2×40HQ containers + 1×20GP container for complete delivery.
