Product Description
This automatic foam rebonding machine processes EPS, EPE, and EPP foam waste into reusable bonded foam blocks. The system integrates foam crushing, adhesive mixing, and hydraulic compression to create high-density recycled foam products.
Operation Process
Crushed foam from the foam crusher is blown into the mixing drum where it combines with adhesive. The mixture then drops into molds and undergoes hydraulic pressure at 12000kg to form bonded foam blocks. An optional steam mold system enhances production efficiency and foam cleanliness.
