Optical Fast Connector takes use of the latest generation of Terminal technology. After terminating, both optical and mechanical performance reach the standard for patchcord, meet the demand for making patchcord on site by mechanical splicing, have greatly changed the idea in conventional optical splicing, providing the great support to FTTx implementation.
Our SC fast connectors make fiber terminations quick, easy and reliable. These fiber optic connectors offer terminations without any hassles and require no epoxy, no polishing, no splicing, no heating and can achieve similar excellent transmission parameters as standard polishing and splicing technology. Our fast connector can greatly reduce the assembly and set up time. The pre-polished connectors are mainly applied to FTTH cable in FTTH projects, directly in the end user site.
Operation steps as follow:
1> Ensure that the switch is completely opened down and insert the optical fiber to make it slightly curved and push to the limit.
2> Keep slightly bending and tighten the boot first
3> Uplift switch
4> Put on the blue housing, finish the assembly
